1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IshiKagupta, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.
• You represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into service agreements and engage in consensual interactions as described on our platform.

3. Account Registration & Accuracy

• Truthful Profiles: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. Fake profiles, inflated credentials, or misleading photos may result in immediate suspension.
• Verification: IshiKagupta reserves the right to verify your identity or credentials at any time. A "Verified" badge indicates successful verification but does not guarantee future behavior.
• Local Edits: You may edit your profile details (bio, photos, rates) via our Edit Mode. These changes are saved locally in your browser and synced to our servers if you choose to publish them.

4. Nature of Services

• Independent Service Providers: The individuals listed on IshiKagupta are independent service providers. We are a communication platform, not an employer.
• Discretion: All services are subject to the discretion of both the user and the provider. Booking a profile does not guarantee a specific interaction, as final agreements are made directly between users.

5. User Conduct & Code of Ethics

• Respect: Harassment, abuse, fraud, or misuse of contact information is strictly prohibited.
• Scams: Any user found soliciting money under false pretenses or engaging in fraudulent activity will be banned immediately.
• Content: You are responsible for the images and text you upload. You grant IshiKagupta a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform.

6. Contact & Communication

• Direct Interaction: Clicking "Call Now" or "Chat on WhatsApp" initiates a direct connection between you and the profile owner. IshiKagupta is not liable for disputes, agreements, or interactions that occur outside our platform.
• Privacy: You agree to respect the privacy of other users. Unsolicited spam or excessive contacting may result in account restriction.

7. Premium Services & Payments

• Non-Refundable: Premium membership fees and service credits (if applicable) are non-refundable once used.
• Rate Changes: Service providers may update their rates (e.g., 1H, 2H, Full Night). These changes will be visible in your profile view.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or service structures with prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, design, logos, graphics, and content on IshiKagupta are the exclusive property of IshiKagupta. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or redistribution of our platform’s assets is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

IshiKagupta provides the platform "as is." We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or safety of third-party users or services. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
